Do you want to go to China by motorbike?

Have you studied Chinese for the past 4 or 5 years of your life and you tought it was nice not to flush throw them out of the window? So you where hoping to be able to go back to China, maybe riding your motorbike?

The answer is: No Way!

Did you fall in love with XiShuangBanna and you were looking forward to go back there, why not, with your motorbike?

The answer is: No Way!

Are you rich, or anyway you have a lot of money to spend and you tought “I’ve half a mind to go to China riding a motorbike”?
The answer is: 欢迎光临 (Welcome) said over and over accompanied on hand clapping, at every door you enter.

At this conditions:

  • To hire a turistic guide with his own vehicle that follows you anywhere you go.
  • Max 30 days of staying in the country.
  • Never ending papers:
    • change of the licence plate into a Chinese one
    • temporary driving licence
    • Disinfestation of the motorbike

The price “on the road” for 21 days of China: 5300 Pound Sterling. I tought finding out how much it was in Euro was superfluous.

CHINA I’M DISAPPOINTED!

Next stop: India, provided that Pakistan gives us the visa…

Hatch Out a Plan: we park the motorbike somewhere, we cross the border with China with the helmets, we buy 2 “Ciao” (old school italian motorbike) Chinese style and let’s get going…
