The agents of the Sky Line stood out right away: professional, efficient and willing to satisfy their customers. The motorbike left 2 days after handing it in, everything super smooth. Furthermore, they were extremely helpful later on to solve some inconveniences: the sizes of the crate onboard were not matching, so to reassure us they managed to get the pictures of the motorbike while it was being loaded into the container.
All the opposite of the agency at our port of destination, the Global Logistics, able only to make us lose time and patience.
They make us wait all the morning to hand us over the documents, until their “trustworthy” agent shows up and offers to clear our motorbike from the custom in 10 days for 150$ only (?). Once got rid of this agency everything proceeds quite fast and before sunset we drive out of the warehouse. Basically alone we managed everything in one afternoon, so much for the agency service!
But the meanness of the Brizo Global Logistic is not over: as a surprise we found on our bill 100$ more, they had added the Freight Charges which we had already paid in Colombo. Even for this problem we were helped by the agents of the Sky Line that made us obtain a refund.
